FP7 Calls

The European Commission has today launched 39 calls for proposals under FP7. Calls cover Cooperation, Ideas, People and Capacities with a total budget over EUR 7 billion.

Highlights

· Innovation is key in all thematic areas.

· Deadlines are earlier this year, please check deadlines carefully.

· More 2-stage submissions - many more topics this year are using a 2-stage submission procedure, please check guidance documents carefully.

· To strengthen the Innovation agenda and to comply with the Innovation Union Flagship objectives, we are seeing an increased need to include Small to Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs), with many call topics suggesting a minimum budget allocation to them.

Calls for Proposals have moved to their new home in the

Participant Portal -
