Deadlines for the 2010 ERC Advanced Grant call are as follows:

Physical Sciences and Engineering - 24th February 2010 Life Sciences - 17th March 2010 Social Sciences and Humanities - 7th April 2010

An information and proposal writing event will be held in Edinburgh on 24th November. More information and a booking form are available at http://www.ukro.ac.uk/erc/events_ukro/index.htm.

ERC Advanced Grants allow leading, established researchers to carry out excellent, highly innovative research. Awards of up to EUR 3.5 million for up to 5 years are available.
